Dot Connect: Flow-style connect the dots puzzle online free
Dot Connect is a free connect-the-dots puzzle in the style of Flow Free and Numberlink that you can play online in any browser. Connect matching colored dots with pipes, never let two pipes cross or overlap, and fill the entire grid to solve each level. Travel a 100-level journey through 10 colourful worlds, from 5×5 to 10×10 grids, earn 300 stars, solve the Daily puzzle, race the clock in Time Rush, challenge friends and collect 25 badges, with free leaderboards.
How to play Dot Connect
- Choose a mode: the Journey of 100 levels, the Daily puzzle or Time Rush.
- Press on a coloured dot and drag to draw a pipe.
- Lead the pipe to the other dot of the same colour to connect them.
- Do not cross or overlap pipes: drawing over a pipe cuts it.
- Connect every pair of dots and fill every square of the grid to solve the level.
- Use Undo, Clear or a Hint if you get stuck, and aim for three stars.
With a keyboard, move around the grid with the arrow keys (or W A S D), press Space or Enter on a dot or pipe to pick up its colour, move to draw and press Space again to let go. Z undoes, R clears all pipes, H gives a hint and P pauses. With a mouse, a right-click undoes.

Stars, moves and hints
A move is counted each time you start drawing a different colour from the one you drew last. Solving a level earns ★; solving it with no hints earns ★★; solving it with no hints and a perfect run of one move per colour earns ★★★. Every new three-star level gives you a free 💡 hint. A hint draws one pipe of the solution for you. You start with 5 hints.

Every puzzle is handcrafted for one logical solution, and each world gets harder from its first level to its last: fewer colours mean longer, twistier pipes.
Daily puzzle, Time Rush and leaderboards
The Daily puzzle is a 9×9 grid that is the same for everyone that day: its leaderboard ranks the fastest times (each hint adds 20 seconds). Time Rush gives you 3 minutes to solve as many puzzles as you can, from 5×5 up to 7×7; every square you fill is a point. Both have free leaderboards for today, this week and all time, and you only choose a nickname if you want to join. After a solve, challenge a friend with a link to the same puzzle and your time to beat.
Badges
There are 25 badges for completing worlds, collecting stars, perfect solves, connecting dots, filling squares, speed, Daily puzzles, Time Rush scores and beating a friend. Open the medal button in the game to see your progress.

Dot Connect tips
- Start at the edges. Dots near the border and in corners often have only one sensible route: draw those pipes first.
- Short pairs first. Two dots next to each other, or close together, are usually joined by the shortest path.
- Hug the walls. Long pipes tend to run along the edge of the grid or around other pipes.
- Watch for dead ends. An empty square with only one free neighbour can never be filled; change a pipe so it runs through it.
- No empty pockets. If a pipe would trap a region of empty squares that no colour can reach, it is wrong.
- Plan before you draw. For three stars, think the whole pipe through before you touch the dot, and draw it in one go.

How do I play Dot Connect?
Press on a coloured dot and drag to draw a pipe to the other dot of the same colour. Pipes cannot cross or overlap, and a level is only solved when every pair of dots is connected and every square of the grid is filled with a pipe.
What happens when I draw over another pipe?
The pipe you draw over is cut at that point. If you pull your pipe back again, the cut pipe comes back as it was. You can never draw through a dot of another colour.
How do I get three stars?
Solving a level earns one star. Solve it without hints for two stars. For three stars, solve it without hints and with one move per colour: draw each pipe in one go without coming back to change a colour you already drew. Every new three-star level also gives you a free hint.
How do hints work?
A hint draws one complete pipe of the solution for you and cuts any pipes in its way. On the journey you start with 5 hints and earn one more for every new three-star level. In the Daily puzzle hints are unlimited but each one adds 20 seconds to your time. Time Rush has no hints.
Does every puzzle have one solution?
Yes. Every one of the 100 journey levels and every Daily puzzle has exactly one solution, checked by a computer solver, so you can always solve them by logic without guessing.
How many levels are there?
The journey has 100 levels in 10 worlds, from small 5×5 grids with 4 colours to big 10×10 grids with up to 11 colours. On top of that there is a new Daily puzzle every day and an endless supply of puzzles in Time Rush.
What are the Daily puzzle and Time Rush?

Yes. After you solve a journey level or the Daily puzzle, press Challenge a friend to get a link. Your friend gets exactly the same puzzle and sees your time to beat.

Yes. Dot Connect works on phones and tablets in portrait and landscape. Drag with your finger to draw; a halo under your finger shows the colour you are drawing. The grid always fits the screen, so you never need to scroll.
